Today’s post is a bit different from the usual fare. Bear with me. I’ve got some exciting news!
I used to be someone who drifted. Who said “…someday” a whole lot. Who stayed snugly inside her comfort zone while the world passed her by.
But as many of you know, this past spring marked a monumental turning point for me. It began with a book, picked up steam with Project 365 x 2, and at this point has become nothing short of a full-out personal transformation. As I stand where I am now and look back on the past five months, it absolutely boggles my mind to see the progress I’ve made. And as I look ahead, into the unknown future, I find myself thrilled at what it may hold.
What does all of that mean for you?
Introducing: How to Be Remakeable!

A couple of months ago, I began writing a free ebook for {re}made by hand. I wanted to share what I’d learned on my journey with other people on similar paths, to help others start living their dreams — big or small or in between — too.
This book of mine started out short. But the more I wrote, the more I realized I had to say. Eventually, it grew into what it is today: nothing less than a full-fledged handbook for living your dreams, complete with exercises, how-tos, and personal examples.
It’s called, as you’ve probably guessed by now, How to Be Remakeable. In it, I take you through the approach I’ve been using and show you how to apply it in your own life. Topics include:
- The five principles that make up the {re}made by hand mindset
- Five essential tools for your remakeability journey
- An in-depth explanation of how to choose your starting point and get your first project off the ground
- Tips for keeping the momentum going
- Troubleshooting help for the inevitable bumps we all encounter along the way
How to Be Remakeable isn’t officially out yet. I’m putting the finishing touches on it as we speak. But here’s what the upcoming weeks will look like.
- As a thank-you to my wonderful newsletter subscribers, they will get access to the ebook one week prior to its public launch. If you want in on that deal, be sure to sign up for the mailing list before Monday, October 1!
- As an extra bonus for subscribers, they’ll also get access to a set of worksheets I created based on the book. Unlike the book, those won’t be available to the public.
- The ebook will be available to everyone starting the following week, on Tuesday, October 9. It will be 100% free for download for anyone who wants a copy. (I hope that includes you!)
I’m thrilled to be so close to offering what I’ve learned to fellow remakeables who will hopefully find it useful. The best way to stay up to date (and get early access to the ebook, plus worksheets!) is to sign up for the mailing list. The second best way is to check back here often!
I’ll also be releasing images with quotes from the ebook between now and the launch date. They won’t be on the blog, but they’ll be on Pinterest and Facebook, so follow along there if you’re interested!
Oh — and if you’re as excited as I am, would you use the buttons over on the left to help me spread the word? I’d be really grateful!
I’d love to hear…
What exciting projects do you have in the works?

Awesome. So glad to see you've shipped something big.
